Celirox does not sell your personal data. However, we do share data with trusted third-party service providers to enable core functionality:

  • OpenAI: For the Celirox Store Operator, we utilize OpenAI's API to process natural language commands and generate store configurations. Data sent to OpenAI is strictly used for processing your specific requests and is not used to train their public models.
  • PostHog: We use PostHog to collect aggregated analytics and usage data to help us understand how our applications are used and to improve our services.

We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function.

Your data is retained only for as long as necessary for app operation, troubleshooting, and compliance with legal obligations. Merchants can request data deletion through support.
